About KATESEAN

KATESEAN is a Family Business owned by the Albaniel clan.

The name KATESEAN is derived from the names of Mr. Alexander Albaniel and Mrs. Mildred Albaniel's children. Kate Alexis Albaniel was born in Bacoor, Cavite on February 3, 2021, and Sean Daniel Albaniel was born on July 18, 2005.

KATESEAN began as a basic enterprise, with the founders working as government staff and clerks.

Mr/Mrs Albaniel and their in-law Lucita Abad founded Lucita Abad General Merchandise in 2003. They sell a wide range of things, including sports merchandise, trophies, medals, and so on. In n the same year as Mr./Mrs. Albaniel founded KA Party Needs, an abbreviation for Kate Alexis, their firstborn daughter. They haven't formally formed the business because they haven't registered it yet from the business.

Sean Daniel, their second-born kid, was born in the year 2005, when they founded KATESEAN Party Needs and Catering. They provide services and items including seats, tables, balloons, and other party necessities. In the year 2015, 10 years later they expanded the business to private resort that offers a private pool that can be rented. The first resort was located in Salinas 1 Bacoor, Cavite. 

In 2018, three years after establishing the private resort, they expanded the business to include an events venue that can be booked for any celebration or occasion. It is only a few meters from the first private resort.

In 2019, they extended their business again, opening their second location for both private resort and events, which is located just in front of their house in Bacoor, Cavite.

The company was devastated by a pandemic in the year 2020, causing the family to almost go bankrupt and sell the premises to pay off all the obligations from the loans they took out to start the business.

But in the present, the business are already fully-functional that offers you the best service that you can have.
